Engangement Details
The bank engaged Cugavadi to provide a high-level treasury assessment to a selection of their customers, sponsored by the bank. Furthermore, the bank also requested training fot their transaction banking sales staff
Solution
The project included the following activities:
Provision of internal consultancy services to train cash management sales staff
Assistance in the evaluation of completed responses to request for proposals
Provision of consultancy service to selected customers of the bank (sponsored by the bank)
